Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 in 1970) is an American actress, best known for portraying detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter as well on NBC's Providence drama, and the medical drama The Resident. She also received applause for her television debut performance as a character on Guiding Light on CBS as Eleni Cooper. 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Lightning Thief and Snitch included in her credits on film. According to reports, she is working on a project with Vlas and Charley Parlapanides, who wrote Immortals on an adaptation of Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography The Wheel of Life. Her upcoming TV series, Gods & Heroes is currently working on.
